Terms and Conditions for IT Business Support Services

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between IT Company ("we," "us," "our") and the Client ("you," "your") concerning the provision of IT Business Support Services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of Services
We provide a range of IT support services, including but not limited to:
Network management and monitoring
IT infrastructure support
Hardware and software troubleshooting
Data backup and recovery
IT consultancy and strategic planning
The specific services to be provided will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.
2. Service Availability
Our services are generally available during standard business hours (Mon-Friday 9-5). Emergency support outside these hours may incur additional fees, which will be communicated to you beforehand.
3. Payment Terms
All fees for services will be outlined in a proposal or invoice and must be paid in accordance with the specified payment terms.
Late payments may incur a late fee of $5 per month or part thereof.
If payment is overdue for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to suspend services until the account is settled.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and timely information needed for service delivery.
Ensure a secure and suitable environment for IT equipment.
Comply with our reasonable requests to facilitate the delivery of services.
Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may impact the quality or timeliness of our services.
5. Limitation of Liability
We will use reasonable care and skill in providing our services. However, we are not responsible for:
Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
Data loss or hardware failure unless explicitly agreed upon in a signed service agreement.
Issues caused by third-party software, hardware, or services.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of service.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate this agreement with [insert notice period] written notice. In the event of termination, all outstanding payments must be settled immediately.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to:

If we exercise this right, you will be notified in writing, and any prepaid fees for unused services will be refunded, less any applicable charges for work already performed.
